I am sad to report that Midnight Dawg is missing. He was last seen at 5:30 am on June 16th 2008, An extensive search has been
going on for 5 hours. It is believed he was killed and carried off by two large dogs who were following another dog in heat.
UPDATE!!!
After an extensive search, I know believe Midnight was stolen, If he would have been killed, we would have found him by
by now laying somewhere. We have searched all the ditches, culverts, bushes and under houses and buildings. The Animal control
workers have been actively searching for him and have not removed any dead dogs from the surrounding area. I have knocked
on doors and no one has seen him and he is well known in the neighborhood. So I do have hope that he is alive and missing
me as much as I miss him.
